This Antique Japanese Bizen-yaki ceramic cat or neko is from the Early Showa or Meiji period.  Elegantly crafted with sweet expression and fine, lifelike, relaxing form.  A delightful rendering in very good condition.  Subtle old bizen color not found in newer pieces.
