It is made of solid form, intricate detail and dramatic bearing.  This piece is a remarkable rendering of Daruma, also called Bodhidharma, and is known as the first patriarch of Zen Buddhism and said to have founded Kung Fu in China. Excellent composition and with dynamic, expressive face.  Highly detailed with flowing robes and hooded, piercing eyes.  It is in very good condition.
