Product Description

This is a Japanese tea ceremony chest called Oki Mizuya Tansu used during the preparation as well as the conclusion of a tea ceremony.  It was constructed of Cypress (Hinoki) wood and Bamboo.

These items from the latest shipment have not yet been restored. They can be purchased now prior to restoration and once the work is complete we will send  you photos of the item. If you are not completely satisfied, we will refund the purchase price.
