Product Description

This is an antique Japanese Shishi Okimono made of bronze. Shishi is translated as "lion” but it can also refer to a deer or dog with magical properties and the power to repel evil spirits. 

One lies down and the other stands on top. Both open the mouth showing teeth flighting hard. Every rolled hairs, facial expressions, all are done in full details. Small tip of hair seems chipped. 

It will be a great home decor.
