Japanese screens, scrolls, books and woodblock prints are beautiful forms of art.  Hanging scrolls are called kakemono in Japanese which can be translated as “hanging object”. Folding screens called Byōbu are made from several connected panels, featuring decorative painting and calligraphy.  They can be used to separate interior areas and enclose private spaces.  Scrolls, screens, woodblock prints are beautiful for any home decoration. Books can be great reference and good way to learn Japanese culture and history.
